Filter editor
After you have opened the filter input mask in the filter list with "New" or "Change", you can switch to the rule editor using the "Edit filter" button.
This is where all the specifications for how the filter should work are made. If rules have already been created, the filter editor opens with a summary of the rules.
Otherwise with the first rule page "Date".
